This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to arcade game systems, entertainment systems, machinery, custom products, made-to-order products, replacement parts, deposits, and related purchases from Bad Lemon Gaming.
A deposit reserves your production slot and supports production planning, materials, scheduling, design work, custom services, administrative work, and other business resources. Your deposit is fully refundable up to and through the end of your kickoff meeting. If you cancel before or during the kickoff meeting, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Once the kickoff meeting is complete and we begin work on your order, the deposit becomes nonrefundable, because production planning, materials, scheduling, design, and custom work begin at that point.
Arcade game systems, entertainment systems, machinery, customized products, custom graphics, custom colors, custom logos, custom design work, and made-to-order products are nonrefundable. These products are built, ordered, designed, or configured for the customer and cannot be returned.
You may cancel an order at any time. If you cancel before or during your kickoff meeting, your deposit is fully refunded. After the kickoff meeting, once work on your order has begun, the deposit and any other nonrefundable amounts remain nonrefundable. There is no separate cancellation fee. Bad Lemon Gaming may, at its discretion, determine whether any additional paid amount may be credited or applied to another order, but it is not required to do so.
Replacement parts are not returnable and are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for confirming part compatibility before ordering. If a part arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Bad Lemon Gaming promptly so the issue can be reviewed under the applicable shipping damage or warranty process.
Bad Lemon Gaming does not accept returns. Shipping charges, custom services, custom graphics, made-to-order items, arcade systems, machinery, and replacement parts are not refundable.
Customers must inspect freight and shipments at delivery before signing delivery paperwork. Visible damage should be noted with the carrier. Photos and videos of packaging, damage, labels, and the delivered product should be taken before unpacking when possible.
Shipping damage must be reported to Bad Lemon Gaming within 48 hours of delivery. When timely reported, Bad Lemon Gaming will work with the shipping company to pursue a claim and will ship replacement parts or components when appropriate. Failure to inspect the shipment or report damage within 48 hours may limit available remedies.
If an item is incorrect, missing, or defective on arrival, the customer must contact Bad Lemon Gaming promptly with order information, photos, videos, and a description of the issue. Bad Lemon Gaming may require additional information before determining the appropriate remedy.
Customers agree to contact Bad Lemon Gaming before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback does not change the nonrefundable nature of deposits, custom products, made-to-order products, replacement parts, or other nonreturnable items.
