1. Limited Warranty

Bad Lemon Gaming provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the delivery date, subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations in this Limited Warranty Policy.

2. Covered Products and Components

The warranty may cover manufacturing defects in the product or component supplied by Bad Lemon Gaming, including the following when the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect:

• Arcade game systems, entertainment systems, machinery, and related assemblies.
• Sensors, circuit boards, LEDs, buttons, cords, panels, wiring, and electronic components supplied by Bad Lemon Gaming.
• Ball returns, banners, clamps, stage trusses, graphics, vinyl, nets, and basketballs supplied by Bad Lemon Gaming.

3. Warranty Remedy

Bad Lemon Gaming will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement of the affected product, part, or component. Refunds are not the standard warranty remedy. Replacement parts may be new, equivalent, or functionally comparable.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide proof of purchase or enough information for Bad Lemon Gaming to locate the order by name, phone number, email, or order history.
• Provide photos, videos, descriptions, serial numbers when applicable, and other information requested for claim review.
• Return defective parts if requested.
• Pay shipping costs for warranty replacement parts unless Bad Lemon Gaming decides otherwise in writing.
• Follow all manuals, setup instructions, inspection checklists, maintenance requirements, operating limits, safety labels, and storage requirements.

5. Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism, improper setup, improper storage, improper anchoring, improper supervision, improper maintenance, improper power, power surges, incorrect voltage, water damage beyond water-resistant use, or outdoor weather exposure beyond stated limitations.
• Damage during customer transport, storage, installation, event operation, rental operation, or handling after delivery.
• Commercial overuse outside intended operation, use with improper accessories, use with non-approved balls or components, or use after damage is known or should be known.
• Unauthorized modifications, welding, drilling, cutting, structural changes, clamp modifications, stage truss modifications, added electronics, wiring changes, software changes, controller tampering, sensor tampering, or attempts to connect to the game controller with a phone, computer, or other device.
• Labor costs, third-party repair costs, downtime, lost revenue, lost rental income, event cancellation, travel, installation, removal, reinstallation, or other indirect costs.
• Consumables except when defective on delivery, and any item excluded by law or by a product-specific written warranty.

6. Transferability

The warranty transfers if the original customer resells the equipment, but the warranty period does not restart. The warranty continues only through the remainder of the original one-year period measured from the original delivery date.

7. International Warranty

This warranty may apply to international customers, but international customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import costs, and similar charges related to warranty parts or service unless otherwise required by law.

8. Inspection and Repair History

Bad Lemon Gaming may retain repair history, warranty claims, submitted photos/videos, support communications, and related records for business, legal, support, quality, and warranty purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Bad Lemon Gaming. Implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed or limited to the shortest period allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bad Lemon Gaming is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost rental revenue, downtime, event cancellation, or third-party claims. The customer’s sole remedy is repair or replacement as determined by Bad Lemon Gaming, except where prohibited by law.

11. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Customer Support at info@badlemongaming.com with the customer name, phone number, order information if available, description of the issue, and photos/videos showing the problem.
