This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Trailers LLC, DBA Bad Lemon Gaming (“Bad Lemon Gaming,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information through http://www.badlemongaming.com, customer accounts, order forms, payment workflows, warranty workflows, support communications, marketing communications, and related business operations.
We manufacture and sell commercial arcade game systems, entertainment systems, machinery, and replacement parts. Our website and services are intended for adults and business buyers.
Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our systems. Stripe may allow customers to save payment methods for future purchases, subject to Stripe terms and privacy practices.
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any brands, logos, names, words, artwork, images, graphics, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other content they submit.
